The Brown Derby Restaurant, 1628 N Vine, Hollywood, Calif. This was not the famous hat shaped restaurant, but was just as famous. Known as the "Restaurant of the Stars," it was said that there wasn't a star who hadn't stepped foot in the restaurant. It featured numorous charicatures of many movie stars on the walls.
