The original Brown Derby Restaurant, this is where the Cobb salad was invented by the second owner Robert Cobb. It was abandoned by 1983, the restaurant portion was demolished and used for a stip mall. The 1994 Northridge earthquake damaged the hat shaped portion of the structure and it was demolished shortly afterwards.
